Valentine’s Day Dinner in Plume
A night of romance awaits at Plume! Indulge in our Valentine’s Day menu prepared by our Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel. The evening will feature a multi-course meal with dishes that include Seared Diver Scallop and Elysian Field Lamb Loin. End your meal with something sweet from Pastry Chef Fabrice Leray with the Love Apple dessert, made with Salted Caramel Pain de Genes, Lemon Verbena Cremeux, and Green Apple Compote.
Plume will be open for this special Sunday service on February 14, 2016. Cost is $155 per person, $255 per person with Wine Pairing. Tax, gratuity and valet parking are not included.
A Taste of Portofino in Plume
We invite you to join us in Plume March 1 – 5, 2016 as we welcome Executive Chef Roberto Villa from the Belmond Splendido Mare in picturesque Portofino, Italy for an Italian prix fixe menu featuring Chef Villa’s signature dishes including Guazzetto di Polipetti in Umido con Pomodorini (Stewed Baby Octopus with Cherry Tomatoes) and Brodetto Classico del Tigullio con Triglie di Scoglio (Traditional Ligurian Rock Fish Soup with Red Mullet Fillets.) This prix fixe menu will cost $98 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
