Celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume at The Jefferson!
We invite you along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 27th. Enjoy a three course meal prepared by new Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel that includes: Marinated Butternut Squash with Mâche Salad, Kumquat, Dried Cranberries and Aged Sherry-Vinaigrette, Martin’s Farm Dry-Aged Rib-Eye with Yellow Corn Soufflé, Barbeque Spice, Green Beans, Cabernet Reduction and Red Kuri Pumpkin Pie with Five Spice and Popcorn Chantilly Cream.
Seating times are 12:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and cost is $98 per adult and $45 per child (12 and under) . Beverages, tax and gratuity not included.
