  • Christmas Eve Dinner in Plume

    A holiday celebration not to be missed! Please join us on Saturday, December 24th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. for a three-course Christmas Eve feast featuring dishes that include Seared Diver Scallops with Multi Color Cauliflower Purée, Chickweed Oil and Crispy Sunchokes and Seared Moulard Duck Breast with Chestnut Purée, Brussel Sprouts, Red Beet Gnocchi, Confit of Butternut Squash and Duck Mugwort Herb Reduction, prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel and our Michelin starred culinary team.

    Cost is $118 per person, $55 per child ages 12 and under. Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included. Valet parking included.

  • Christmas Day at Plume

    Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel has prepared a Christmas Day meal full of delights that include Chesapeake Blue Crab Bisque with Jumbo Lump Crab and Old Bay Fleuron, Martin’s Farm Prime Strip Steak with Yukon Gold Potato Gratin, White and Green Bean Cassoulet and Corned Beef Bacon and for dessert, Sicilian Pistachio Roulade with Sicilian Pistachio Sponge, Morello Cherry Cremeux, Spiced Red Fruit Juice and Morello Cherry Sorbet.

    Christmas Day seatings will be on Sunday, December 25th from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will be $108 per adult and $55 per child, 12 and under. Beverages, tax, gratuity and valet parking are not included.

  • New Year's Eve at Plume

    A toast to an amazing year! Celebrate the New Year at the Michelin starred Plume! We will be offering two seatings this year and hope you will join us for a decadent six course meal that includes Ossetra Caviar, Warm Smoked Sea Trout with Hibiscus Salt, Sea Bean Cream, Marsh Herbs and Mont Blanc Pineapple & Speculoos  with a Light Speculoos Cream, Pineapple Vanilla Compote and a Coconut Meringue.

    First seating: 5:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Cost is $185 per person, $295 per person with wine pairing. Children 12 and under are $65.

    Second seating: 7:00 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. Cost is $225 per person $430 per person with wine pairing. Children 12 and under are $85. The second seating includes a midnight celebration with a champagne toast.

    Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included.Valet parking included with both seatings.
