Easter Brunch at The Jefferson

Time to dress in your Sunday best; we’re celebrating Easter at The Jefferson!

Celebrate Easter at The Jefferson on Sunday April 16th from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm with an elegant multi-course brunch that includes dishes for the table including: Garlic Poached Shrimp, Avocado and Marie Rose Sauce and Seasonal Sliced Fruits and Berries. Our main dishes include: Seared Filet of Norwegian Cod with Melted Leeks and Ramps, Littleneck Clam Ragout and Jasmine Butter Rice and Herb Glazed Lamb Medallion with Creamed Kohlrabi with Garlic. Desserts for the table include Apple Tarts with Apple Compote and a Salted Caramel Custard and Hazelnut Macarons with Yogurt Mousse and a Hazelnut Crisp.
