Celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume at The Jefferson!
We invite you along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 24th. Enjoy a three course meal prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel with choices that include: Seared Foie Gras Medallion with Rosehip Ice Cream, Roasted Rice Wine Vinegar Gastric, Wood Sorrel and a Butter Brioche, Organic Path Valley Farm Turkey with Apple-Chestnut Bread Stuffing, Cranberry Relish, Green Bean Savory Cassoulet and Maple Turkey Gravy and Red Kuri Pumpkin Pie with Apple Pecan Chutney and Caramelized Popcorn Ice Cream.
Vegetarian options include Yellow Sweet Corn Gnocchi with Garden Sage, Pumpkin Confit, Venison Bresaola, Pecorino Romano and Poached Globe Artichoke with Saffron Root Vegetable, Nicoise Olives, Italian Winter Truffles and a Bibb Lettuce Jus.
Seating times are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and cost is $105 per adult and $48 per child (12 and under). Beverages, tax and gratuity not included.
Please note that all reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a credit card is required at the time of booking. All cancellations less than 24-hours in advance will be charged the full price of the menu per person in the party.
