Valentine's Day at Plume
A night of romance awaits at Plume! Indulge in our Valentine’s Day menu prepared by our Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel. The evening will feature a multi-course meal with dishes that include Buddha’s Hand Poached Maine Lobster with Sea Buckthorn, Sour Cream and Basil, Elysian Field Lamb Strip Loin Glazed with Tarragon Honey, White Grits Cracker, Pecorino Flan, Cucumber and English Peas and our Heart to Heart Dessert, made with Tonka Chocolate Sablé, Passion Fruit Crémeux, Gianduja Chantilly and Caramelized Coffee Hazelnuts
This special menu will also be available as our tasting menu on Friday and Saturday, February 10th & 11th. Cost is $158 per person, $248 per person with Wine Pairing. Tax, gratuity and valet parking are not included.
